    An 8-pack when you look like a starved chicken isn't that impressive. you look better great job keep going and you be 185 with an 8 pack work on dialing in your diet. props..

    I'd like to be 180 lbs by September. And then 210 lbs by next spring. Then I will start cutting for the next summer

    20lbs gain in a yr is good. Your only 19, plenty of time. There's a lot of trial and error in bodybuilding, it can take time to find what works best for you. Your well on the way though.

    good work you def. look better in the after pic! i see a lot more muscle mass and keep in mind a little bf won't kill ya!!
