Here's my plan.
I want to do my first cycle of test e for 12 weeks and also be 10% bodyfat by the end of the year.
Do you think I would be better off dieting down before starting my cycle? I realise that after the cycle I won't be able to cut for a few months if I want to hold my gains.
I've purposely taken pictures that won't show any definition because I'm really after honest opinions.
Also if anyone wants to have a guess at what my bodyfat is at the momenth that would be cool also.
