    Transformation 6 months in.

First pic from mid january, about two months into dieting fairl clean and after a months or so of p90x. (i'm pretty sure I was sucking in that gut pretty good as you can see im also leaning back trying to elongate myself skinny haha)
Second is from today May 17.
I really hadnt realized I had come this far in less than six months!
I'm really trying to start throwing in some cardio as my intensity during my workouts is so high now I'm getting winded easily.

I'd appreciate any and all contructive criticism.
you guys have all been great here and have gave me alot of motivation along this journey so far. Its been a blast, a grueling sweat blood and tears blast

I wish it were the same pose in both pics for a better comparison, but it looks to me like you've leaned out somewhat for sure. What's more interesting is that you most definitely put on some muscle, which is what i've typically seen with P90X. Congrats!

I quite the p90x after about a month haha. It was a good place to start though. Could never get the motivation to workout at home.
I'm in a really nice smelly old gym that has the right kind of people to keep the motivation up.
I had a couple other pics, closer pose but no shirtless..so thatd be pointless.

I ran a test only cycle at 750/w 12 weeks. I'm currently a couple weeks into a test tren and gh peptide cycle. I spend all of my pct time working on solidifying the gains I got during my first cycle. I really feel like this cycle is going to really get me somewhere. I feel like a new animal in the gym with a better know goal now.

I did abolutely nothing. 5 minutes on the oliptical on leg day for warm up. Thats its. Just keeping it fairly clean in the diet. This current cycle Im throwing in a good amount of cardio and trying to clean up diet even more. As it is going on summer, Id like to focus on lean muscle gains and try to cut up as much as possible.
