    some before pics fellas

    What up guys. its been a while i miss you guys lol. well im back> so here a couple of before pics no pump. i was sopposed to be starting a tren e and test e cycle any day but the big bad wolf intercepted my test lol> so anyway im just waiting. oh my last cycle of test e and dbol was in feburary

    thanks haz. 4-6 sets heavy wide grip pull downs, 4 sets dumbell rows, 4 sets cable rows 4 sets of machine high lat rows. This what i have been doing for the last 2 months

    honestly bro i in the begining of cycle i was doing 3 shakes and 3 meals then i was adviced to switch to 4 meals and 2 shakes. After cycle i went bavk to 3 shakes andc 2 servings of creatine a day
