    BF estimate please

    okay im new to working out so let me be hahah but this me up 25 pounds from when i started in september, i just wanna get a BF% estimate so i get my calories right

    dude 10lbs will make a huge differance, step up the cardio and diet down a bit, youll look great in 4 weeks and still have all summer to admire your abs..lol

    yeah ive dieted like nuts lately, cut down a lot of body fat, i was never fat hahha i was always really skinny but i bulked up a little too much, got a little of a gut almost cause i was downing so much mass gainer during the winter, but now im a lot more cut, thats kinda of a bad picture, i have a lot more abs in person but i just wanna get up to like 170 by next summer, right now im at 145, its not impossible but i really wanna try, my goal is to be lke 180 190, at 5 foot 6

    dude i just cut 25lbs and like 7 points if not more on my bf. start 5'8" 195lbs 17.7% finish 170lbs 8.5% but im not convinced that was all that accurate, and i still have a lil bit of fat at the extreme lower ab but i dont want to lose anymore weight i feel very small after being over 200lbs for many years. my ultimate goal would be 190-200lbs 10% bf all while maintaining my vascularity, my abs, and obliques.. i dont care if i gain 1lb a month so it will take 20 months big deal..

    15-ish sounds about right to me. I don't think you're higher - I think you APPEAR higher due to lack of any muscular development (no offense).

    With that said, I can tell you don't have the kind of body where you can 'eat anything' and get away with it. You will most definitely put on bodyfat along the way if you aren't careful, so definitely make sure you have your numbers right.

    What are your full stats - age/height/weight?

    and no i dont take offense to that, i just started working out seriously in september, but you should of seen me before hand haha but thats why im on here, hopefully it can make a big difference
