It's funny what a year or two will do. Keep it natural. No need to do any aas anytime soon. You have a lot of room for growth. As you learned, diet is key.

thanks alot. i appreciate the kind words.

it was alot of hard work. there are some nights, maybe once a week where i will have to set my alarm to wake up in middle of night and chug a 100% natural peanut butter (100 grams) and 1 cup of milk (about 800 calories) to get my calories in if i dont have time to eat enough for the day. very tempted to go back to bed. but gotta have some discipline...

    thx again.

ya gotta love those compliments. for me its more of people that have no idea because in a year ive dropped over 60lbs and look way better instantly people at work assume im on gear but really they have no idea they see me eating so much and drinking so much yet they stay dont believe it. i try my best to take it as a compliment. im glad you do to. some people would get mad at all the hard work they did then someone says gear. keep your mind on that track

^^^ x2 ... looking MUCH thicker... a completely different person! DO keep an eye on bodyfat though; clearly, not all your gains are LBM.

Newest shot of me. I cannot believe my eyes on the scale lol. I never thought I would see the day. I am at 180 pounds now. It may be water weight because i drink a gallon a day/on creatine... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Only 10-15 pounds to go before i can finally take a break from eating all this food and go on a cut...

gym pump in this one... just did chest/triceps.... should have gone closer to mirror, but w/e.

Going to slow down my bulk and only eat 100-200 over maintenance and slowly make my way to the 190's...
if you are shaping up that good, why ever bother with AAS? i know i wouldnt have if i could turn the clock back

yea def fat gains as well.

I also been thinking of cutting sooner than i thought. I mean it feels good to feel so powerful compared to my fellow classmates for a change... its nice to have a feeling like that. so i wasnt looking forward to cutting and wanted to make it to the 190's b4 i cut , but it will be for the best . And it will be a nice break from eating 3,500 calories a day... I been looking into clen but it seems rough, 2 gallons a day of water seems pretty brutal. so ill probably start a natural cut for a month. then look into EC STACK to finish it up to get back my 6 pack that i used to have, last summer.... and then slowly bulk up with only 200 over maintenance.

Great job man. I've got the same sort of story, I'm 21 and when I run into people from high school I have to explain who I am cause they don't recognize me but your gains blow mine out of the water. Your an inspiration to all us skinny/formerly-skinny guys.

Hey man - Grats - you look great! You are in a real sweet spot for growth atm. If i were you I'd axe the PB and go for a casein shake and a few almonds before bed or in the middle of the night. trust me, if you keep a good solid diet and avoid too much (bad) fat, you will continue to grow as you lean out. Post your diet if you like and I'll give you my .02.

    props big guy!

You're at the point now where you should get over to the diet section and let us work with you. We can tidy up that diet and have you making cleaner/leaner gains, or drop the body fat now while maintaining all the lean mass you've managed to put on.

Moderate protein, carb cycling, and low fat - mainly what you get from the foods you eat plus supplementing w/ fish oils.

I was real sick from saturday-tuesday. fever/sore throat

I ate less than 1,000 calories for 3 days. and on the 4th day(yesterday) i ate only 2200 calories. BUt now I am better. throat is still a little sore but i have my appetite back and my fever is gone. im afraid to see how much my strength decreased when i get back to the gym tomorrow.

    and i am 5 foot 9.

Used to eat 3,500 calories and 3000 calories on rest days. but now i am dreacing it to 2700 calories on rest days and 3200 calories on workout days. i just want to see how that goes. and then slowly decrease the calories to find the hot spot of where i want to cut on to only lose 1-2 lbs a week while keeping the strength loss to a very low amount.. if that makes sense.

    will be posting diet soon..

Awesome work man, glad your staying clean, alot of people could learn from you. Most people are results driven and impatient, good to see a young member with a head on his shoulders.
