am ok with that was just wondering what it was i need to get ma diet in cheak and get my bf down. ave not bein on a cycle for bout 5 months want to get bf down before another 1 thanks man

ma diet has bein all over the place coz have bein working 7 days a week the now am eatin to much bread on plenty of protein am strugling to find good easy stuff to take to work got a busy lifestyle mate. am from fife mate what about urself???

im from yorkshire pal, just booked a holiday to loch Lomond, cant wait.
i work 12 days on 2 off, shifts 6-2, 2-10, 12 hours sat sunday, got a kid on the way, gym and cardio everday, its not easy bro, but its that little voice inside me that makes me do it.
i eat tuna straight out of the tin at work, you dont get more conveniant than that, cook 4 chicken breasts at a time, blend my morning oats with liquid egg whites, make PWO shake same time as breakfast, get into a routine of eating the same foodstuffs day in day out
i can go on and on and on, its not cheap, but its the price you gotta pay ....
