Actually I think you're pretty spot on with your own estimate of 20%. It's peculiar; you don't have a ton of muscle (good back though) and you don't have a lot of fat (relatively speaking). You have a HUGE frame, great bone structure. You have alot of potential with a frame like that.
I'll keep my diet comments in your other thread so as to not confuse things.
ok mate thanks alot. arms are 17in at min. my traps and delts have devoloped more in the last 2 month very quickly. you cant grab much if any on most places arms shoulders legs. i mainly want to get the definition showing and lose the belly.
20% is about right I think
i used the thread with pictures relating to different %s to get a rough idea.
with the right diet you could take your body to great places you have the frame for potential
i have come along way with no diet so i cant wait to start the diet and cardio aswell. new meal plan is posted in diet section.
20-23% Your body is like mine. Your face and mid section holds all the fat when you gain weight.
got my stuff now for diet and starting tomorrow will get set in to it. starting cardio in the morning and ordered cycle for in a few weeks.
