Diet is roughly 400/200/70 with most carbs being on wake-up and after workout.

3000 cals.

Cardio is 30 mins biking to reach the gym
workout
30 mins cardio on the treadmill
30 mins biking to get back.

bout 4-5 times a week. I go biking 1 hour even on my days off.

obviously at a guess between 8 and 10% bf at most its a bit hard to see the bottom of your abs with your hands there to see the skin fold.

Looking solid bro...im gonna run almost the same cycle with in a month or so with added Anavar and i guess my BF is around the same as what was urs before the start of your cycle. But im not as thick as you...wee bit smaller..any suggestions to help brother out...To get more detail of my proposed cycle and BF level its in my thread

Yeah, 0.5 mg prami and 0.5 mg liquidex eod

8% seems low bf, i need to flex a lot just to get the obliques showing. i believed i was more in the 11-12% range

I ask because i'm actually starting a test p/tren a cycle tomorrow, same dosages as you (50mg ED of each compound) and will be running exemestane as an AI to deal with e sides, but didn't get an anti p like Prami. At 350mg/week I did't think it'd be necessary, but who knows.

What's your PCT gonna look like? Also, are you running HCG during your cycle?

I,ve been running armidex at .5 mg eod and still got some gyno.
