diet and cardio, bud.
if the 23% is around about right (im pretty sure aswell) then you could probably afford to lose 20-25kg. keep at it and cardio and diet will do wonders
Thanks guys. Think it best I stick to a low carb high Protein, Strict diet. With tons of cardio For at least 5-6 months.
Or until I'm down to around 13%. Wooraaa to the South African boys.
