    Well thats actually lower then I might thought have. Thanks guys. I figure cutting to 140 will hopefully put me at the 10-11% or less range. I think if I train right and add 12-16lbs after I cut to 140, I could be a faily lean and big 155 pounder. Anything more then that just winds up being extra unwanted weight. Plus I relize you dont have to weigh a lot to look big.

    i agree on the 15%

    155 and lean that would be an athletic size at your height. I'm the same height as you and if you look at my profile pic i'm 180 there

    Thanks man, thanks for the reassurance. I also feel better at lighter weights. 165+ is hard on my body. I got some goals now. 150-155ish lean as can be. Give Me 6-8 months to fine tune it all.
