I'm 25 sitting about 240 pounds at 6'3" and I'm guessing 14% body fat. No cycle history other than a dbol cycle in which the only gains I kept were strength gains. When I started lifting was at 165 at probably 10% body fat. First of all I want to make it clear that I don't really consider myself a body builder. I lift for size definitely but I also like to lift for power. That being said I would like some advice on how to pack on some size over trying to develop power at the moment. Some of my biggest issues at the moment I feel are my arms and chest. These two areas I have tried everything I can think of and they still are slow to respond. The look that I'd like to someday achieve would be along the lines of John Cena or Arnold the way he was in the first Conan movie. I'd rather be thick and swollen looking all the time rather than super lean. I plan to lean out as much as I can when I get to a mass level I like but right now it's purely mass I'm interested in. I've been improving my diet, lifting habits, etc. but still my chest and arms are fighting me. tips.![]()
