I'm in remission right now. Diet like I said mainly protein every couple hours no carbs. I work out 4-5 a weeks rotating upper and lower then cardio everyother and core every time.
Nothing seems to be shrinking or growing I can do 400lbs 5 reps bench and 12 plates on shrugs but I dont look like I can.... which is depressing. The doc said the chemo and radiation could
    have messed me up.

What's your marcos daily? If you have no carbs you will need high fats...and why no carbs?

Sorry but can you tell me what the doc means by messed up? Is that based on your blood work?

Macros is the break down of your diet into protein, carbs and fats.

If you got low test it's going to be hard to do anything let alone gain mass....from what little I've read of others on this forum low test numbers should be covered by your insurance...

hahahah insurance thats funny....... yeah no issurance for this kid. I make tomuch to get low income coverage and work does nothing to cover me. I can go to walk in clinics for checkups but I pay out of my A$$ for my scans every six months to make sure im cancer free so.... yeah. If the doc prescribed me something I would have to pay way more then buying from someone. No Test means I cant burn or gain at a normal rate my white cell counts climbing again but its going to take alot longer for test levels to climb even if they do. I eat boiled chicken tuna and turkey then a couple cups of jasmine brown rice everyday. I looking at doing a cutting cycle a fried offered me a couple bottles of prope deca and then some winny pills to help me out. Along with my animal stack vitamins I take already

Awesome and inspiring story bro, respect! You may have some bodyfat on you, but there's no doubt you're carrying alot of muscle - you may not see it, but it's evident in your shape - especially upper shoulders/traps area. Strong mofo too!

Stick around, you'll learn alot here mate!

    great Job !

take a look at the Diet section. Once you start getting lower i weight it becomes harder. i think if you switch it up you can start loosing again. Carbs in the morning in the form of plain oatmeal with maybe some splenda is fine. Its the sugar you want to stay away. PM me if you want some help. I did the same thing your doing now and i hit the same wall. you just need to change it up. That diet you have no energy as well. It sucks . Great progress though
