    What do you think...

Ok so here I am back in May 2011 with a cell phone camera. I need to get someone to take some shots for me. Since then I've become a little more vascular and my veins show more on my shoulders, arms, upper chest, and fiiiinally starting to show on my lower abs!

    5"9' 160lbs.

Thanks! As of right now nothing, just strict diet and weights/cardio. I feel like i've reached my limit and have been researching a beginner bulking cycle. Right now just looking at Test Cyp. I want to see how my body reacts to that alone before going crazy.

My low weight might have something to do with my poor legs. As far back as I can go my genetics are terrible in that area. My dad, mom, grandparents, even aunts and uncles are all victims of chicken legs. I plan on really training legs hard on the test cyp cycle, hopefully it would help with some size with a bulking diet I'm still figuring out.

Thanks gbrice, I got serious around 18 with a workout plan but not really with a diet. I ate anything at any time so by the time I was 24 I weighed 186 from 155 at 18. I was always pretty defined but I wanted to get shredded so I put a diet together and stuck to it for 2 years along with cardio at the gym plus some sports. Unfortunately I have no older pics, I did from when I was 186 but can't find them.

Nice bro, you will have excellent results with your cycle as you obviously know how to train and eat properly.

You look great man..... throw more size into the mix and you're going to look ridiculous. 5'9 180 at the same bodyfat would be a world of change as far as your look goes..... and if your legs are lacking..... i bet you could hit 200lbs in a relatively quick ammount of time. Obviously not in one cycle but somewhere around 18 months should be doable.....

Thanks! I usually change my diet and workout routine, more my workout routine to target lacking muscles. But here's a small sample:

    Meal 1: 9:30am
-Half cup (cooked) old fashioned oats w/ 6 egg whites
(I make my oats with a half scoop vanilla protein in each 1/2 cup)

    Meal 2: 11:30am
-4-6oz Grilled chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup steamed corn

    Meal 3: 2:00pm (Kind of a snack)
-Plain Greek yogurt w/ raw almonds

    Meal 4: 4:30pm
-4-6oz Grilled chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup of brown rice

    Gym 5:30pm

    Post Workout: 7:30ish
    - 2 scoops whey in water

    Meal 5: 9:30pm
-4-6 ounces boiled tilapia w/ 1/4 cup steamed corn

    Bed!

That's pretty much what I've been doing. If I get hungry in between meals I'll usually mix 1 scoop of protein with some water just for a little filler, only if i'm hungry.

Please feel free to critique. I'm always open to new ideas.

Great symmetry. As everyone has said add to your legs and the weight will increase. You can build your legs don't let preconceived ideas cloud your thinking! Go do it!

Dude, you look great! Nice to see someone younger who "did it right" first! I've read SO MANY posts here from young guys just wanting a quick fix... Wish I knew what you know at your age, I could have saved a LOT of time.

I'm sure as you work your legs hard, the rest of you will add size pretty easily. Don't forget lunges, and dead-lifts for legs too.

wow, i just put your diet into macro nutrients and compared it to my cut diet... needless to say, I see where I can change a lot on my end up. You don't feel tired throughout the day with under 100g carbs? I'm going to give this diet a try for a few weeks and see how I feel.

    Keep up the sick work.
