Your bf is kinda high but keep working on it. You might want to diet a little harder before next cycle to truely reap the rewards. But again, keep it up, you will be a big mfr soon enough.

I agree my bf is a little on the high side. Im not as strict on my diet as I should be, but im always just going after the mass and strength. I figure once I get up between 275-300lbs(while keeping current bf%)ill then go on a 'strict' diet, and chisel down. If I cut now im afraid ill look like a bean poll for my height.
