    Delts dwarfing arms

    6'2"
    22 years old
    237lbs
    12%bf

My arms have always been my weak point, and my shoulders have always been my strong point. With that being said, the bigger my delts get = the shittier my arms look. I am very embarrassed of my arms, and I am also genetically fvcked when it comes to arms,. I train delts very lightly now, but would it be a good idea to cut them out completely for a while, or just limit them to rear delt training only?

    Thanks for advice is advance.

I don't think they look that out proportion to the rest of your upper body.

Post up your split and arm workouts

I dont see it. Maybe the arm looks smaller compared to delts, when youre not flexing.

But just keep training delts lightly. Dont go to failure, just get the blood flowing.

Keep hitting arms. And see what happens.

I've got the same problem. My arms from the biceps to the wrist are the weakest part of my physique. Almost everyone has a body part that lags. Just remember that you notice it more than others do because your looking for it in the mirror.

At least you have delts bro. My delts suck - as do my arms. I'm a proportionate disaster!!!

^^ that said, I don't really see it, at least not from that pic. Can you post a couple of better shots? Front/rear double bi? Relaxed full frontal?
