    BF estimate and diet critique

    stats 28 yr old
    5-11
    188 lbs
    34 waist
    bf???
    current cycle cutting test e 500mg on week 1
    a-dex .5 ed

    cardio 15 mins 3x week
    cardio 40 mins 3x week

    strength training 4 days a week


    current diet
    meal 1- 1 carton egg beaters 210 kal 42 protein
    meal 2- protein shake 240 kal 48 protein
    meal 3- medium apple 80 kal
    meal 4- 2 can of tuna 200 kal 40 protein
    meal 5- protein shake 240 kal 48 protein
    meal 6- 16 oz chicken breast 440kal 96 protein
    1410 kal 274 protein

    i cant eat carbs they stick to me. Any tips are appreciated. And ive been doing the workout routine for 7 months now but my diet hasn't been in check.

    i have very big hip bones also so it gives the illusion of love handles

    was thinking same for bf% as gixxer...

    diet....lot better than mine....good luck with it bro..

    lotta ppl here advise not to run gear when bf% above 15% (approx)...looks like u r...please keep the thread updated

    i know im not 25 percent im bloated as shit i took these after i ate a pound of chicken and after i downed a gallon of water. mabye i should post pics of me in the morning what do yall think. also i bench 315 x4 my chest has always been big.

    20-23% bf. With what little food you eat, and at that bodyweight I DOUBT you could bench 315 for 4 reps...sorry bro

    Definitely over 20%, but don't get me wrong you'll look great once you drop a bit.

    why arent you accepting your 23-25%? just accept it youve got your diet going and your wanting to cut fat so its no big deal in a month post more pics and we will tell you what your at most likely under 20% and youll be happier then 2 months even lower. sorry to be harsh just dont like seeing you excuses about eating chicken and downing water and what not

    **and by you got your diet i didnt mean you got a good one. you need more then protein bro carbs stick to me too but youd be amazed at what can happen eating them right

    These guys aren't trying to be mean, they are being realistic.

    You refuse to accept BF% guesstimates when I would say most are pretty accurate
    You claim love handles are big hip bones. I'm sorry but that's just not it. You can have a large frame, but I would put money on the fact you could grab a large handful of extra skin and fat where you think your hip bone is.
    You are claiming we are deceived in guessing BF% because you had chicken and water. No, just no.

    If you would like my advice. Stop the cycle. Spend time with your diet. Cardio is optional but is beneficial. Work on adding some serious LBM to that frame which will help you out tremendously overall. all IMHO of course. Best of luck to ya.

    TBH I dont even know where to start with you, I would be typing all day.

    Whats your target weight ? @25%bf and 188 lbs = 159 @10%, WHICH AINT GONNA HAPPEN, your looking about 140 lbs lean, that is skinny man! tou need to address the diet, carbs are GOOD, Im insulin resistant which can mean an adverse reaction to carbs, learn to master them not fear them !

    Listen to me ! stay off the gear and sort diet and training out properly! It takes time to get in shape.

    Im genuinley worried for you right now, you could live to regret this decision for the rest of your life, listen to the guys and do thing the correct way !

    i think i would die a slow and painfull death on that diet, especially on gear lol. i think it would get to the point i would be awilling to eat a horse shit sandwhich id be so hungry, good luck anyways tho

    also i take adderrall. i've been prescribed this recently and and it kills my appetite and im jacked up all day long with tons of energy. trust i have to force myself to eat this much. but im gonna add about 500 more calories in and make it fruits and complex carbs. im not trying not to accept im a certain percentage but 20 from 25 percent is a about 8 pounds of fat difference. And the reason why i say this is because i was 11 pounds heavier 2 months ago and i posted a pic and everyone said 23% body fat. so thats why im like wtf

    u can lose weight eating fruits...

    the concept is fruit has sugar so its least favorable for bb'ing...you arent that close yet...if your only in week one why dont you try what you have working for you ..you said your not hungry...looks like a decent amount of protein TO ME...to spare muscle...

    when u get closer to 15% then you take a harder approach to diet...where your at imo, it shouldnt be hard at all ...in fact ...a piece of cake...pardon the pun

    just my .02

    about the gear...if your test levels are fine...like the others stated...save it for later

    the whole idea behing the test is to spare my muscle while fasting and a low car high protein diet. this is my 3rd cycle and 1st time cutting

    some people will stick to first meal, pre workout and post workout carbs you can try that if you can survive your day without carbs first meal try doing it without then but id staple post workout carbs in my diet. and id probably take a day to refeed too eat like 4 carb meals just to refeed your self or something

    your obvioulsy looking to cut at this point. do not run anything now at you BF%, come down to 15 or 16% . if you run a cycle now i promise you you will not like the results. you will hold water like a mofo. nasty sides like some boobs to top it off. my diet is something like this. id start here and see how you do. you may have to alter this but its a good start.


    meal 1- 1 carton egg beaters 210 kal 42 protein //// Add oats here 1/2 cup plain oats. i add a littl protein power to add taste(works well )
    meal 2- protein shake 240 kal 48 protein
    added meal ///Have a 1/2 cup brown rice and 16oz chic breast
    meal 3- protein shake 240 kal 48 protein
    meal 4- 16oz chic breast with broc
    meal 5- protein shake 240 kal 48 protein
    meal 6- 16 oz chicken breast 440kal 96 protein /////id switch this with some fish. cod, cat fish, etx

    I think doing some High intensity cardio at the end of your fifteen minute sessions would stimulate more fat loss.
    It will shock you CNS and speed up your metabolism for up to 24hrs.

    ^^^good point, i think its even longer though, I've read it can be up to 36 hours. same with weight training, thats why HIIT/weight lifting is so effective for losing weight. nice bench btw. bodyfat looks pretty high, keep cutting you will get there.
