    New Pics

    Just started a test prop and tren ace cycle. Only 7 days in, so nothing yet to see really, but figured i'd throw up some pics - basically 'before' pics. Not even sure if the gear is real yet TBH.

    You'll looked pretty ripped once cut. My only recommendation is work on your shoulders. It looks like the are the only part really not proportional at the moment

    Thanks. Yea, my shoulders are for shit, i'm well aware of it. They really need to be brought up but just don't seem to respond no matter what type of training I subject them to. Grrr!!

    No problem man. I'm actually in the same boat. Probably the only reason I picked up on it. It drives me crazy. I'm going to try and change things up by using really wide grips on all back exercises instead of just doing wide grip pull ups and reverse flys.
