    Estimates on BF%

Just looking for a ball park number. I was thinking some where around 20% give or take. I know it's not the best shot to work from. Stats are 5'6" 165lbs and 26yo.

hard to see, are you sucking your belly in or pushing out? you have lines on the side of you abs. id say 18-20%

Question, do you have gyno ? it might be an illusion.

if your looking to run gear, get under 15% . You will be saving yourslef. trust me....

I suppose sucking in a bit to flex abs. Not looking to run gear. Just trying to get some baseline numbers so I can keep an eye on progress made. The pic is from about a month ago which put me at about 7 months back in the gym solid. And in that time I've gone from 175 down to 155 and now up to 165.

And as far as I know it isn't gyno. I have no history with aas so outside of the possibility of puberty gyno. It should just be excess fat on an underdeveloped chest.

Thanks jp. Mirror and scale let me know I was making progress. Just like having a ballpark number to keep in my mind for adjustments.

Beautiful thing is that this goes to proof that diet is the key factor( for all the people saying they do it all right and cant make any changes and need a little "help")
Since the birth of my daughter and a new work schedule. Gym time has been almost non existent. This cut is pretty much being done on diet and the nature of my job alone.

No way 20%.... closer to 15. Abs wouldn't be showing at all at 20%.

Under 15%, or right at 15%. I think, hit a gym and have them check.
