    Me an Mr. O Phil Heath

    heres a couple of pics - I met Phil at a local show - Hella nice guy and amazing physique!!!



    Pic where he is in red was last Sat - the other one is from 2 years ago! Amazing transformation - he must have gained 25 lbs of PURE muscle!

    he is an exceptionally nice guy, He was here in Kuwait in May as a guest poser for the Oxygen Championships BB comp. Hope to seem him back next year
