My Transformation
Really the only "before" picture I have. At about 260.
My current state. 220.
I have a seven month program to see what gains in size and getting cut I can get. I'm really starting this to hold myself accountable to my summer goals. I "think" I'd like to be 230. My main goal is just to be cut as hell. 6%bf for the summer.
37 years old and 6' 4"

Re: 6% bodyfat - extremely ambitious... close to bodybuilding competition levels bro... why not shoot for something more attainable, and more importantly, maintainable, like 9-10%?

Gotta have goals. Set em high and challenge myself. Thats why I posted in here. I'm now accountable to you members here. I lost the weight and was able to maintain a healthy lifestyle by declaring my goals to my friends. (They are all tired of hearing about my workouts and meals.)
I don't care if I'm able to maintain the super lean BF but I want the F@CKING MUFFIN TOP gone. lol
Really 6% is something I pulled out of my a$$ and a number I can track to see progress. kinda like scale weight. I don't care what I weigh or what my bodyfat stat is I just want a lean athletic body and I have 7 months to get there.

^^ Kudos man, this is a great attitude - and although you're not focused on specific numbers (which I think is wonderful... we tend to get SO caught up in that), that muffin top should be gone around 10% BF for sure... so either way I believe you'll reach your goals.
Again, great job so far man, keep up the intensity!!
