    Proof you DO NOT need steroids!

    The first picture I was a measly 140 lbs and now I am currently 190 lbs. Yes I have gained some fat but am MUCH thicker and MUCH stronger. This is proof with diet and hardwork you do not need steroids in the beginning! Oh also I have had low testosterone 200~ during this time and just began TRT.
