Nice taper, great back...need more legs and sorry to say...calves

FUUUUUU lol I know. esp calves blast then and theyve actually came up a lot lol so imagine before, just nothing special. Going back to hitting legs twice a week for the next 3 months to get some growth.

And legs measure 29-30 just look small on my 6'2 body. About to switch leg routines to mix it up.

What are you doing for calves?

i reckon his quads arent that far away. i have the same short length calves and my approach is, 'fvck 'em'. i havent trained them in about 10yrs lol

Agreed, his quads are ok, I was looking more at adductors, if he fills them is legs will be prime.

Calves....I'm the last person that should be giving calf training tips, but I got my best result for calves doing the DC method, which is a 5 second negitive with a 10 pause at the bottom on each rep.....it's a character building exercise Lol

damn bro - you look great for 6'2" nice to have the skinny waist and wicked taper! Shoulders and back are awsome. Beat up those calves - be relentless and do it 3x a week. Make sure u get them to total failure with little or no rest between sets. Only train them for 5 mins, but make it intense. Try that for a month and see what happens. seemed to work for me - that and diet. (i.e. getting enuf food)

    props man!

And I started around that 2 years ago. More around 240 at 15%+ bf. I got rid of all that in 2-3 months time with hard dieting when I first started.

No updates right now. Still on PCT and taking a break. Been to the gym maybe 5 times in the last 4-5 weeks. Going to start my schedule back Sunday. Just needed some time off after 2 years of no breaks. Hoping to get some prime gains when starting back up.

Ill have new pics before I start contest prep. Probably wont be an noticable changes since im not going to run anything just got eating and hard lifting.

I agree with Terraj on the pause at the bottom, but feel differently about the calves workout. I would mix up long duration days with strength days. On the long duration days I would do lots of different excersizes and lots of reps to fully fatique the calves and convince your body that they are not large enough to carry the load. Along with your other leg work do both standing and seated raises with lots of work near the bottom to develop the lower portion of the calves and stretch the fascia. Then I would do my heavy workouts on other days, its my feeling by alternating major rep days with heavy days that the rep days will keep the muscle group fatigued as hell and the heavy days will cause new growth.

PS great physique good luck on the contest prep you surely got the tools for the job!

Saw this on another forum as well. Not bb.com a much more hardcore forum. You have an awesome physique just hit the legs hard. Posing is good but square that side chest up man.
