    Nobody gets flamed here bro

Very impressive arms, the actually overpower your delts. I used to have the same problem. Don't complain, there are many out there that would kill to have their arms grow. Si Iguess the only constuctive criticism I could offer would be...delts. You need to get them up to the rest of your body. Chest could also use some thickening up. Back looks very nice (excellent tatt on the upper back). You have a great base bro, keep up the good work.

    thanks

    thanks for the constuctive critisizm!
I have a couple of questions to throw out there.

    Delts I can do..
Chest, well, what I would really like to do, besides bulk it up, is get them to look more boxy looking? I guess make them look more closer together and have that fat line in the middle with the ripped lines in them (I know that my fat needs to go to get the lines). I was wondering what specific lifts I should do!

Thanks, I got that Tatt. with my mother when she got her first one!!

I would say steady now for about 2 years. I did do some in High School to try and keep up w/ my older brother but I was at 5'6" 200 pounds and usualy gave up going to the gym for going to the dinner table. (if you didn't catch that; it was ALL FAT!! Nose gaurd, RT. LT Tackle... the whole front line in H.S.).

I thought I would just like to say (and I don't say this like anyone else wants to hear) that today is day 28 w/ out a cigarette in 11 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You know how much AS I could have right now with that money!!
G_D F*$%ing dam#d It!!! I am kicking myself in the "arse" for starting that dirty little habbit. And if I catch one of you guys or gals smoking I will do the same to you!! (unless you look like BIG KEV then just kidding!!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHA

We all look like Big Kev....even the women I hear ya on the smoking thing. I never started and was never interested in starting, but I'm pretty sure there a lot of ex-smokers and smokers here as well. Great work on no puffing for 28 days bro...keep it up. And if you have the urge to light up, tell us and we'll send Mike and BK over to have a heart to heart with ya

The not smoking is getting easier. I now almost can't stand walking into the bars 'cause of all the smoke and the next day my cloths smell like Sh*t!!

    I feel better too.....

I do agree, my delts really need some work and my lats need some help. Well now that I look at it my whole back needs some volume. I would also like to add some hieght to the peak of my bi's.

    thanks
    late

Looking good bro. Looks like the only things smoking now are your guns . Good luck with quitting smoking and improving your body.
