Fellas, and ladies,

Thanks for the great info ya'll post and reply to on the boards. I figured I post a pic for everyone to comment on. It was my last comp (June/01) weighed in at 224 that morning. I was a a bit off probably 4 or 5 Lbs to heavy, holding water, I did not have the right precontest supplements. even though I won I did not have my best showing. I was looking much better at midnight after all the pizza, ice cream and beer. Now Iam back up to 265-270, will start my precontest prep in Jan. for spring season, going to try to come in at 235 or so.

tell me what ya think I'll try to post more pictures once I figure out how to use the computer better

I needed people to do it for me
