Well here are my before and after pictures.. it's spanned over about 3 years (21 years old before, the after shot is today, at 24 years).. I've practically stopped growing when our first son was born, but now that he's old enough to not need constant attention, I've got a little time to start cooking again, he's old enough to go into the gyms day care, and I'm ready to get back at it. I've been consistent the 5 months and am ready to take it to the next level. I'd like to be around 210. The plan of action is a simple test tenth for 12 weeks followed with a nolva pct.

Let me know what you guys think.

T-Gunz, I've been training the entire 3 years, just scaled back to maybe 3 days a week, but these last 5 months is when I've really focused back on a sound diet with a 4 or 5 day training split.

    I'm 6' tall

The training regiment that I've stuck with is just a basic 4 or 5 day split.
Legs, Chest, Rest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Rest. Typically 4-5 exercises, pyramiding down in sets.
Example; If I start with squats, do maybe 5 or 6 sets. Then if I was to do lunges, id do 4 sets. 3 sets of leg extensions. 2 sets of roman deads, 1 set of ham curls.

My diet is good. I don't calorie or macronutrient count like I have in the past (although I could easily enough with some good iPhone apps), but I have an idea of where my numbers are. Id say my total caloric intake is around 3,200. 280/300/100 (carbs/proteins/fats). Most carbs come from oats, basmati rice, whole wheat pasta (which I've burnt myself out on), or plenty of fruit. Protein is eggs, chicken, some tilapia, some beef, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey protein before/after training sessions. Fats would be from the foods I eat throughout the day, plus I eat a few handfuls of almonds or pistachios and a scoop of peanut butter with my cottage cheese before bed every night.

210 is a solid goal. You'll find that getting from 140-195 at 6' is much easier than getting from 195-210.

Your telling me, brother! The first year I jumped up to 170 pretty easily (with almost no idea of what I was doing), then over the last two years got up to the 195. Seems this is my bodies ideall weight. If I increase my caloric intake, seems to all go to my muffin top. Haha.

Like I said, if I could get up to 210 I'd be happy. Depending how the gains look, after the cycle trim it back down to 200, with a lower body fat %.

Sounds like we have similar body types. I reached a point where nutrition increases were only leading to fat increases.

It's frustrating, but I guess that's just how it goes. Hopefully this persistence pays off, right?

DAMN 230 at 5'8", your gonna be a monster. Must be nice to have gains come easy and consistent... haha
For supps, I've always used Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein and kre akalyn (pre/post workout) and multi-vitamin everyday, I've always used N.O. x-plode pre workout.
Oh and fish oil caps whenever I remember (which isn't often).

Yeah I knew I needed to wait a while before jumping into it.. I feel i've got enough experience where I'm not gonna blow anything out and I know i've given my body time to do its own thing. We'll see how much longer I can wait, I've been getting this itch these last few weeks that it's time! I've made a few local friends who are pretty a.a.s. seasoned and it only makes the wait tougher.

However, after doing some reading, seems like I'll be ordering from the UK and their shipping times take 4-6 weeks, so even if I ordered today, i'd be all natural for at LEAST another month .
