    Hey man good job.

Seriously, stick with it and you will be a whole new person.

But before then, throw those underwear away. You'll never pull ass wearing that shit.
Soon as you drop trousers girls might think you like Michael Jackson.

Good job man, keep it up

Yes, that's what you need to keep doing. When you get your bodyfat levels too high you have to diet all that much longer and harder to get back in shape. Keeping a calorie deficit for an extended period of time will cause a loss of strength but at this time it's a necessary evil.

I will stick to the diet and cardio FireGuy, and i totally understand that bf levels are excessive and that it will take time, no matter how long i am on the mission to find my lost abs... I am going to have to substitute strength for fat loss then, i was doing for example, 140kg 6 reps at my best a few weeks ago, today i dropped all the weights to only 60kg and squatted to failure, my legs are aching more now than they were in any week of lifting heavy... so i guess light weights till failure for now...

yeah your legs will be sore longer and worse because the calorie deficit causes the body to use food for priority other than muscle repair. when in surplus of calories and protein, the body has ample fuel and can repair the muscles without depriving other more important(to the body, at least) tissue the nutrients it needs.

My best estimation is that you will have to cut to around 75 kilos in order to be at 12% bodyfat. (this is purely based on my past cutting experiences and reading numerous cutting logs)

    Good luck man!
