I am guessing low 20's for BF%. Good work getting off the extra lbs so far. Keep it up!
Hey man good job.
Seriously, stick with it and you will be a whole new person.
But before then, throw those underwear away. You'll never pull ass wearing that shit.
Soon as you drop trousers girls might think you like Michael Jackson.
Good job man, keep it up
Mid 20's would be my guess.
Cheers People, so around 25-26%????

Yes, that's what you need to keep doing. When you get your bodyfat levels too high you have to diet all that much longer and harder to get back in shape. Keeping a calorie deficit for an extended period of time will cause a loss of strength but at this time it's a necessary evil.
I will stick to the diet and cardio FireGuy, and i totally understand that bf levels are excessive and that it will take time, no matter how long i am on the mission to find my lost abs... I am going to have to substitute strength for fat loss then, i was doing for example, 140kg 6 reps at my best a few weeks ago, today i dropped all the weights to only 60kg and squatted to failure, my legs are aching more now than they were in any week of lifting heavy... so i guess light weights till failure for now...
Its 22-24 to me.
I think girls dont like your underwear... But maybe I'm wrong and I should wear like that LOL
yeah your legs will be sore longer and worse because the calorie deficit causes the body to use food for priority other than muscle repair. when in surplus of calories and protein, the body has ample fuel and can repair the muscles without depriving other more important(to the body, at least) tissue the nutrients it needs.
Thanks for your input people, even if it is about the Captain America Shorts...
Gym and Cardio is going good... Sticking to the diet...
75KG - i would look like a crack head, shriveled up... i guess if i aim for 75 then i may achieve 80kg???
Thanks again
