Progress
Looking to put on another twenty pounds, any advice? Age 19 Height 5'6 Weight 165. I've been busting my ass. Good supplements, large diet. Not seeing result that I want, but progress is coming along. Weight wanted 185. Trying to achieve within the next two to three months.

Welcome. Agree with above diet and work out sections. Are you focusing on compound movements ?

Just posted Diet and work out under new member. A lot of my workouts are compound movements. I try to get the most out of what I do.
