for me mate fasted cardio is king, at moment you could say im doing cardio 2x's a day because im sparring in the pm but i dont recommend cardio twice per day, its very taxing on the body and sometimes causes me to play serious mind games with myself
45mins cardio first thing in the morning, empty stomach, take some bcaa's if you have them but nothing else, medium intensity, for me i like a jog at between 6-7.5mph and try pick a route that incoporates a few hills, the fat will fall off,
I reckon if you do this now until end of april and put your cycle off until then you will be very happy with the results
this will also serve to ''prime'' your body as marcus speaks about to maximise gains from cycle, your prob already familar with it but heres a link anyway
