Me at 160lbs 06/11/11
Ill update my gh thread.
I really starting to get strong again, when I stated t4 it hampered my strength for about 4 weeks but I got it back now.
6/10/2012
Finally getting somewhere, traps and arms have exploded, feeling a lot more solid as well. my biceps are rock hard, very different than usual.

looking good mate, to be honest the first one which is same as 1 you posted the other day at 190 dosnt do you justice but the last 2 look good, big difference between the pics, amazing what difference lighting and angles can make isnt it, what b/f are you hoping for at 220?

The girl is this chick I met in Puerto Vallarta 2 years ago, she was a dead fish in bed, but slamming body.
I tried to get my legs the best way I could for the pics.
Well I think Im back up to 12% cause I ate like shit the last two weeks, but Im back on the diet again. Need to trim down b4 starting cycle.
At 225 I wanna be 12% and hold that for a while till I get used to the weight and my body, then try to cut down to 9%.Last edited by Razor; 09-03-2012 at 11:48 PM.

no the top one there when your lying by the bed and then the two below it, big difference and its same weight just different lighting angles and flexed

Thanks man, Im still getting used to this weight, and my strength has just started to go way up, Im seeing a 5lb a week in weights on everything
These are all in repping range of weights btw 6-12 reps 4 sets
Bench Press 225-240
Incline 225-240
Front Squat 225
Squat 315
Lat Pulldowns 225-235
One Arm Rows 100lb db's
Weighted Pullups BW+45lbs
Military Press 145 (does not match the rest of my lifts cause just started doing these cause my shoulder got better, weight has gone up 10lbs in a week)
Deadlift 225-250
Bicep Curls 55lbs
Overhead Tri Extension 85lbs-90lbs

I used to love weighted dips, I would add 3 45lbs and pound out 10-15 dips. Now my ass has bad shoulders ....
Look good, I would love to see how much they shoot up once your on your AAS

I too have a tricky left shoulder that I have to watch out for
Cycle will be dbol test and gh, I too am wonder what they are gonna turn into once I hit the needle again
I'm completely platued out right now as far as weight gaining. I cannot gain a lbs.

Not to knock you Razr but I would say you are closer to 16-17% b/f ... You are quite smooth and no abs showing through. You have made good gains though!!

I take it this is a LONG term goal (225@12%BF)
At 195 and 16% (estimate)... Do you realise that to hit your goal you would need to loose 4.2 lbs of fat while gaining 34.2 lbs of LBM?

oh yeah i'd give you mabey 14-15%, wouldnt say as high as the others but defo not 12% either

I don't think the way those pics were taken are doing you any favors as far as estimating BF, I'd put it 15% or less.

Few problems...one I take two medications that cause weight gain...seroquel and epitol. I was really on the horse a few weeks ago and got burnt out on the cardio..so I stopped and then I gained some fat. That medication does not do me any favors...ill try to get a bf composition this week..I'm really disappointed in myself right now..I was drinking beer and I ate pizza and pb&j.. got me now were but fatter

yeah seroquel is a bitch for wayer retention aswell, no experience with epitol
here mate you dont need be disappointed you made massive improvements over your pics at 160lbs
seriously try stick to a diet do some fasted am cardio, then 30-45 mins p.w.o or even hiit if you have the energy and the fat will fall off, you can still have your few beers just try to keep to to weekends or 2x's per week, go low carb on the day you plan to have a few beers and drink plenty water

for me mate fasted cardio is king, at moment you could say im doing cardio 2x's a day because im sparring in the pm but i dont recommend cardio twice per day, its very taxing on the body and sometimes causes me to play serious mind games with myself
45mins cardio first thing in the morning, empty stomach, take some bcaa's if you have them but nothing else, medium intensity, for me i like a jog at between 6-7.5mph and try pick a route that incoporates a few hills, the fat will fall off,
I reckon if you do this now until end of april and put your cycle off until then you will be very happy with the results
this will also serve to ''prime'' your body as marcus speaks about to maximise gains from cycle, your prob already familar with it but heres a link anyway

Yea I take 600mg of seroquel and 400mg of epitol ..its a pretty high dose. Its hard for me to do fasted cardio..reason being my lifting buddies and I start cardio @11:15am..with all those meds in my system I don't get outs bed till 10-10:30am. So I'm eating eggs and and oatmeal as soon as I get up..then I'm off to the gym at 11..I don't know how to get a fasted cardio session cause I need that food to get through the workout..maybe ill do another cardio session like you said after the workout

yeah that is high, 300 is the norm isnt it, you getting any sides from that?
yeah that could work aswell but is there no way you could workout later in the evening?
personally i need to be up for min 3-4 hours before i lift and at least 2 meals otherwise i lack energy
the fasted am is fine for me because i can just roll out of bed, take some bcaa and run up the road half asleep, half it is done in a daze and its over before you know it

This is typical of a bulk phase though right? You cant put on 100% muscle and go from 160 to 195? I feel I was already around 14-15% b4 I started to put on weight, my plan was not to cut but to bulk so maybe I did it right, I gained the muscle but kept the same fat% now I just need to trim it down a bit

Don't beat yourself up about bodyfat levels just eat cleaner for longer and cut out most of the shyte! If you are going to go for a competition then you can get serious about your diet. A reasonable b/f estimate site is:

MIND GAMES are right.... If I do too much cardio I start getting paranoid and shit.... at like 2+ hours a day my body is like WTF?!!?! This mother****er had to have out ran whatever the **** was chasing him... then it starts ****in with me trying to get me to hide... instead of run away lol
