    Diet and Exercise Works

    Took a while. Lost a tone of weight.

    When these guys say do diet and exercise first, listen to them.

    I have gone from 320lbs to about 260. BMI was well about 30. now its around 25.

    Due to my build, my doctor said it would not make sense for me to aim to below 200 unless I plan on losing muscle. So I am aiming for 220 with a max of 15% bf for now. Its starting to get to a tough part of the year. Cook outs, Parties, etc. I am not home between Friday and Sunday.
