Dude I'll be completely honest and tell you that I dont see a size difference. With that being said you could've gained 15 pounds and with your body you wouldn't be able to tell. Your at the point in size where 10 pounds is nothing. You look great bro and I wasnt taking anything away from you but like I said, we wouldn't be able to tell cause your already big as hell. Lats look awesome btw. I'm jealous. Stubborn bastards

Deadlifting is the next best thing tto.squats. just do it. Once you get good you will look like a boss too. For lat pulldown, rather than using a hella wide grip, try going a little close together (hands) and focus more on the squeeze. How much do you currently weigh?

Used to do straight leg deadlift until I think( may be wrong) it contributed to dome pressure on a sciatic nerve. Bern outta any dead lift for 2-3weeks. Hot back into squats. Doing my first deadlift again later.. fingers crossed on back. I'm ALWAYS wearing a belt now. ;-)

Funny you mention. I've never heard of it but a friend and I were talking about it a week ago and he swears by it. He said everyone at the gym he's in is doing it. I'm going to research now
