Agree, impressive as always - even with so-called large obliques . So what's next on the agenda - competing/modeling?

Alevok,
Bro I have the same issue. What I've been doing now is side leg lifts or hanging knee lifts and no more weighted oblique movements. The weights for stomach I use now are standing and kneeling cable crunches but straight down no twisting...
A little sprinting or long stride walking works well for me too, I can’t do either on the treadmill, so a track works.
Still looking good though bro...

Last time I posted to you about legs... I should tell you I make it a point to pin point my injections in my outside sweep and every now and then my teardrop.
And Brother it’s never too late to model. I do it every now and again when in good shape... dude you should give it a try...
build a portfolio by working time for prints then start submitting shots and join a model forum like onemodelplace.com and see what happens. I'm a project manager in the semiconductor indy, but modeling is a cool hobby... who knows could mean big bucks for ya if someone it looking for a specific look...
You still look lean with size & gooddefinition good chest devopment too... I'll barrow your chest and you can barrow my wheels...haha later bro

Buddy your build isnt even that good at all its your genetics. Your on GH, looks like it isnt doin much for u because u still look like a regular "pretty boy." For being 6'3 you should be at least 270
Bigger is always better sorry to say that guys
Sorry you pretty boys thats not what i'm about.

i think that these are not the best pics of alevok, i have seen some really really good gym pics of him and i dont think these do him justice, but none the less not everyone is out to be greg kovacs, and this forum is for all types of people, so all the haters stop the "im bigger than you" school yard mentality and grow up we are almost all adults here and should treat everyone with respect weather or not what he looks like would fit your ideal's

Hell, I don't know, 225 pounds at 7% body fat doesn't seem like a bad performance to me !! Great job Alevok ! Maybe if I trained in Turkey for a while I could also look like that?

Damn, I'm jealous. I want a build like that and to be that tall. Oh well, I guess I'll suffer with being ... unseen.

bigger is not always better... Or else i would be eating big macs every day. beantown abuser has some jealousy issues it seems. Carlos_E, that is a very telling comparison. It speaks for itself.
alevok, i think i have some jealousy issues just like beantown... by i know how to express them a little better... NICE JOB!

Beantown abuser, those are my home pics, I did not even flex hard, I take pics on a regular basis to see the improvement. Just relaxed pics.
Have you ever had 3-4% bf in your life? Have you? Have you ever experienced 6 months straight dieting? But I am not offending you because you have high bf, it is your decision, your deal, I do not care!
Not everyone's goal is the same, your idol could be Greg Kovacs, thats fine, but I appreciate Mike O'Hearn and Frank Sepe as well. They just carry the look I want for myself.
Dude I was 265Lb 2 years ago but I looked like a wrestler more than a BB. Whats the point of hiding muscles under fat? And I am not saying I am satisfied with the look I got today, damn no, I wish I could be 20lb bigger (with low bf).
regarding GH, read more, it is affective at a minimum use of 3 months, I have not completed 3 months and I know how to take it.
Others, thanks for the support guys, (nice move Carlos)
