Hard to tell when you suck in your stomach, also IMO you need to work your calves abit, your quads are huge lol

I will just add in a fat burner and cut down to 13% Nothing drastic.I went way overboard past few month's eating whatever I wanted,but hey you gotta live.

Hard to tell but I would guess as low as 16 and as high as 19. Where do you want to be?

Try dropping anything with wheat in it from your diet for 4-6 weeks and see what happens. I mean everything. I did about a year ago and went from where you are to 11% and I was also doing less cardio. Now I have a hard time getting UP to 12% for the first time in my life.

yea the only thing is I'm very carb sensitive...I feel ill when my carbs are anything less then 200 gram a day.Plus I'm a framing carpenter so I need energy.If I had a laid back inside job I could easily diet with great results.I tried a low carb high protein diet few month's ago,and had to stop after 2 week's because I was to tired to work my job all day then go to gym.When I did go to the gym I felt real week on all lifts.I want to get down to 12% before I cycle again..I have few bottles sust 250 and tren eth but will not use tren again anxiety,insomnia are to bad for me on that.
