    bf % estimate

    so, calipers tell me im 31% bf..

    now i know im high but not that high. i recently lost 100 lbs so decent amoutn of loose skin, could this have anything to do with it?

    20%ish....hard to tell with all that excess skin- but I've been there, I've dropped 80lbs in 4-5 months before. What is your waist measurement?

    ^^^ agreed, good progress and glad to see you haven't given up. Soon you will be down to 15%. The loose skin can always be taken care of later. A lot of pro BB have at least one tuck during their career.
