Just refining my diet at the moment with great help from SteM: GymSoldier's Lean Bulk

I'm eight days into a cycle of 455mg/WK Test-E, end goal will hopefully be holding onto 10lbs of LBM after PCT.

How easy would you say this was to obtain? Straight up, personally for myself I don't think that leanness is possible. My diet would have to be 101% for months to get even close.

To be honest, I think my condition is largely genetic related. I'm only 168lbs in the pics @ 5'11".

My diet is 80% clean. Finished an 8 week test/tren cycle at the end of Feb. Next cycle is planned for the beginning of July.

What is really helping me get lean at the moment is fasted morning cardio with 100mcg Clen, 200mg caffeine, 81mg aspirin, green tea extract and GHRP2/Mod GRF(1-29).

Amazing results bro! That 10-15 lean lbs. of muscle you packed on really looks nice! Can't believe you're only 168 lbs. @ 5'-11" in those most recent pics...looking more like 180ish lbs. to me. I've always liked when people assume I weigh more than I really do. Keep up the good work!
