    5 days out, bodyfat estimate?

    just to see what others will guess, 5 days away from my first competition, men's physique

    That right there is the inspiration and goal for myself.

    Not the best pic, but I would say 8% or so.

    What is your weight and height? Also what is your arm size?

    i calipered at 5.1% this morning..AM weight dry is is 196, height 5'11..arm size..your guess is as good as mine

    Damn that was a tough competition if you only took 6th.

    I attended the NPC MD show last month, the open comp was so bad I would have charged the stage in my under-armour LOL if I had not come with my friend and his new girlfriend.

    the guy that placed behind me had just taken 2nd at the orlando metropolitan..that's how hard the competition was

    I tore a pec muscle so I did not do it this year, but next year I plan to compete in either physique or BB depending on how much I am able to add to my naturally scrawny physique.

    5.1 wow that is crazy... how low should you be before you compete? Currently sitting at 10% myself 233lbs 6ft3
