dude what was your entire cycle, lay it out including PCT. What were your stats before you started? Judging by the pics I would say you were no where ready to cycle, should have build a more solid base man

    Age: 25
    Height: 175
    Weight before : 69 kg
    Weight now: 74.5kg

I didn't do as well as I thought I would but during my cycle I came to realization I wasn't eatin enough in my meals, yes I was eatin 7 meals a day but weren't high in protein. I've started fixing that but it may be little late for this run but I'll keep eatin how I am even when not on cycle. I'm not here to
Be 90kg all I want is to hang around the 80kg mark and get stronger and I think that's achievable. Also I was eating properly before hand just not enough so don't think I just started eating more when I started my cycle . It may be good to know that my family has really bad genetics lol my mum is thin my dad is thin and my bro so it was so hard to gain anything , I tried everything from training less to more my genetics are just crap anyways look I'm happy with results and I'm going to keep training hard to reach my 80kg mark.

Thanks man in feeling pretty good I won't lie , Like the older members say juice won't do shit if you don't rs properly an train so I suppose I'm eatin enough if I'm getting bigger right ? Wouldn't hurt to eat bit more though tbh

good results, but it looks like you where not a regular to the gym before this cycle, therefore unfortunately means you will probably lose all your gains!!

I'm a regular alright 3-4 days a week without fail. Like I said I'm a really hard gainer and even when i did get heavier naturally it was mostly bf . Dw I'll keep my gains I train hard and eat enough to refuel my muscles . These pictures dont do me any justice though I'd admit :s a well .

The juice did you a bit of good. But, you might want to check your diet and your lifting routine.

Yeah thanks I know I stuffed up with my lifting wasn't going heavier when I hit 6 reps and eating yes I know could do with a little tweak , learning a lot as I go through it and next
Cycle should be even better . Question being an ectomorph will I be able to keep my gains if I eat and lift properly ?

red font = the ACTUAL issue for minimal gains
blue font = your exuses for a crappy cycle

It sounds like the problem with your gains has minimal if nothing to do with genetics. The problem is YOU. You can't just rely on gear to do everything for you, you have to eat properly and train right. You admit you were not eating enough, and not getting in enough protein so its really no surprise "you didnt do as well as you thought" on this cycle. Its not magic, if you do what you need to you will grow if you dont, just like you didnt you wont. You could have almost just sat on your ass for the entire cycle and eaten just above your tdee to get the results you did with your cycle, pretty big waste of gear imo.

Not trying to be a dick man but this is just the simple truth. If I was you I would sort out my diet and training routine before ever considering another cycle.

Decent job M37H even on an iffy diet..keep it up.Hit the gym 5x a week at least...get some forced reps with a spotter in there and eat up as clean as possible.
