    could i get a bf% estimate from everyone !!!

    This is a friend of mine that i lift with and we were wondering what you think he is at

    Nice build and frame, you could go up on weight and bulk and look good or drop more bf and look good! Hit the legs a bit more though. Great job though

    What are your stats?

    i would give it a 9-10 also. the white skin hides definition so its harder to tell. great build to work with...

    It is a tad old he might not still be around. What about all the "classic" threads that have been bumped in the genral forum the last week or so sometimes is good to bump the old stuff.

    Newb's bumping old threads yet everyone else is following suit and replying, lol.
    I'll join in too, I would put him at 10% in the pic, then taking the holiday break into account and he's now probably 12%.
