Just me saying this, but I always figured sprints and then a six inch exercise circuit helps a lot with burning up that flab. I haven't done it in awhile, but when I did, it made my core solid. Wanna hear about it?

Well, I'd do this on the football field mostly.
Forty yard gashes, with about ten seconds in between each set of gash. (A gash for me is just a run to the forty and a run back in this scenario lol.)
After my gashes, I'd hit up some agilities where I would run to the forty, side step ten yards, back pedal forty, side step ten more, and repeat five times with ten second breaks.

Six inch exercise is where this gets interesting. First off, Start with a regular six inch for ten seconds*Note*- Keep hands under hips at all times unless you're doing crunches. And by all means, play one of your favorite 5-6 minute songs. It helps, a lot.- Turn into a set of fifty crunches. Begin again with the six inches. Fifty more crunches. Six inches again. Do a set where you bring your legs all the way out, then bring them in, x10. More six inches. Straight leg liftsx10, where you bring your legs up in the air to a vertical. Six inches. Bicycle kick for twenty seconds. Six inches. Scissor kick for twenty seconds(Least favorite part). Six inches. Open-closex10. Six inches. If you still have time left over, or you haven't felt the burn, more scissor kicks or crunches.
NEVER let your feet touch the ground.

It should add on some shred to ya, or at least get your bf% down. Better than regular cardio in my opinion. Do it right after sprints. Also, it might hurt to cough the next day

Keep working at it bro. body fat close to 18%
Get that chest pumped it will help cover the bit of gyno.
Triceps are 2/3's of the upper arm and are lagging behind
Thighs are looking good but calves seem to be lagging.

Keep hitting the gym, your shoulder might be hurt but your legs aren't broke work those and hit cardio while the shoulder heals

I always like to do hiit in the morning on an empty stomach. On the tredmill jog for 30 seconds then sprint for 30 seconds. Try that for 10 mins you will look like you just had a shower

You're on your way; keep working at it, lift hard, diet right, and you'll get there! Looking around 16-17% IMO.

First, congratulations on your progress....I would say you have around 17 to 18% , hell of a job dropping all that weight, im also looking at the pictures of your chest, are you SURE you got gyno? looking at those pictures, and since you lost all that weight, that looks more like you still have a little fat around your nipples, just like you have around your lower abdominal...
do you feel any lumps around your nipples ? ( sometimes size of a pea or little smaller) IF you slap your nipple/chest ( not very hard) does it hurt when you do it? ive seen Gyno on people, and actually had it once ( beginning of it, when i was young and stupid and never used any thing to protect myself), but thank god it went away, and it looked different then what you have, that looks like you still have a little fat around your chest...when i had Gyno and someone would touch my chest/nipple, i felt like killing then because the pain was to much, thats why im asking those questions...
Again congratulations on your progress keep it up.

    Agreed with snowman,

I was gonna post the same questions on gyno but snowman has done an excellent job of describing the difference between fat and true gyno with glandular involvment. PS even if you do have glandular involvement you would be amazed at the amount of difference just dropping the fat can make, lots of shitty doctors out there charge clients big money to vacuum it out and do not resect the glans to remove nodules. So if you do need surgery make sure to research doctors who do sports work and look at before and after photos. If someone who had never worked out has 24% body fat and huge breasts and a doc simply vacuums out the fat that patient will be happy as they will look 95% better, however doing the same to a patient who subsequently drops to 12% body fat will produce very poor results/appearence.

Anyway I am a few yrs older than you LOL and had gotten really fat a 45-50 and had been told that I had gyno from liver problems. However since dropping my body fat to sub 14% the appearence of fat is almost completely gone and I hope by Dec to be down to 10% or so and strip the rest of it. If you look at photo on post 10 the lower one shows me in 2010 at approx 22-25% bodyfat ( with some tits any 9th grade girl would be proud of ) then directly above it in 2011 at 18% still showing some fat tits then if you go to post 27 you can see me this July on my 57th birthday at 13% with almost complete clearence.

Bro, from what you are explaining, that sounds more like a Sebaceous Cyst ( Fat build up,deposit ), that can appear in any part of your body, you just happen to have it in your nipples/chest ...i actually had one on my right arm ( tricep) just like you are explaining, and visually it bothered me but it did not hurt , so i decided to have it removed, BUT my doctor told me, If i removed it, that ,most likely more will appear again, and it could be in different parts of the body... Well got it removed, several years later, more showed up, got a couple in my right arm now ( tricep and forarm) 3 in my legs, and one in my left elbow... ive seen different doctors, they all tell me the same story ( its sebaceous Cysts, and If i remove it most likely more will grow) this time im not removing them...Im also old now, so i care less ( visually ) :-)
If you think that Gyno bro, believe me, IF anyone, or even you, slapped your chest/nipple just a little, you would be in so much pain, that you would want to kill someone just for doing that...

well bro, IF what you have, in your chest, was Gyno, believe me you WOULD NOT want to grab it with 3 fingers, hell you would not want to touch it, because it would hurt like crazy, believe me...even when my wife wanted to touch, kiss my chest/NIPPLES would hurt like crazy and i would push her away; i believe the pain is the same or worst has someone kicking you in the balls... If you have it in you bicep too, i would not remove it either, there is a good chance more will grow, once one is removed ( it happen to me and other people i know, and doctor's also warned me) NOW if its causing you pain, then you should remove it other then that, leave it alone ( just my opinion)

I looked at the pictures again bro, and i dont see what you see, but i can understand, that it can make you feel weird, and you think people are looking at whatever you might have.... i used to have the same thoughts with the first one i had in my arm and thats why i had it removed, now i have more ( bigger then the first one i had) and people dont even notice, until i actually tell them....You know its there, because you touch it, so you think everyone also knows.... the only thing i see from all those pictures, is that you still have a little ( i said little not a lot) fat around your chest-nipples, and your lower abdominal, but even that is normal, for someone, that lost all the weight you did in 5,6 months ; your doing great, dont be so paranoid, what you see on you , other people wont, until you actually mention something about it... as long its not Gyno, i would not have it removed ( just my opinion)
