April 2012 photos - your opinion
What do you think of this? It was taken in the gym I train in about two weeks prior to Slovak National Junior Championship. Weight around 88kgs, so like 195lbs.

good work. have you tried weighed abs and obliques to bring them out? i used to do non weighted high reps and never had much luck, switched to lowish reps with fairly heavy weights and out they came, and now dlifts keep them there with very little direct work.
youve bulked up nicely there

Tryed that for some time and now I will have to switch back to this type of abs excercise because I need to get some volume there. But on the photos I did not really strain the abs, it wouldnt look so bad, but I was so exhausted after training, I just took the photos fast and went home for meal

Ahh to be young again and to be able to eat that much and digest it LOL.
Hats off to you brutha, looking great. For the serious amount of wieght you have put on the fat gains are moderate and I am sure you will be able to harden over the winter and then cut to a super shredded 200 lbs. Your future looks really bright, can't wait for more updates as time goes on to see your progress.
PS Just hope your bank account can stand the pressure of that type of diet, don't know how it is over on your side of the world but in the US that diet would bankrupt me LOL
Great Job!!
