You don't look bad at all KidUK! Good frame, good muscle size. Body fat % is good. How's your lower body doing? Equal at least? I do agree with you regarding your back. Don't neglect the heavy work there. Deads, T-Bars, bent-over rows, dumbell rows, etc. Back is a large body part and is often times hard to get a good feel while training it. It will come with time and effort though.
