yo, on a sus/deca cycle you can expect good gains.. you dont need a before and after pic... but man why dont you do deca/sus/d-bol... the d-bol makes a big diff.........you can expect around 15 lbs of mas son sus/deca alone imho....IT REALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR DIET.

if your taking in 2500 - 3000 calories a day on sus/deca, dont expect any sizeable gains..... but if you get around 3500 to 5400 calories, mostly from carbs..and 1.5 g protein / lb body weight, then your set..

but anyways.....i dont wanna be mean so ill say this nicely.
most guys on this forum will tell you,

you shouldnt rely on other peoples before and after pics since we are all different, ii've seen guys at my gym do sus alone and get 20 lbs of keepable gains, and i've seen guys at my gym do deca/sus/d-bol and get 10 lbs only of gains... so it depends who you are, your genetics, and EXPECIALLY HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINING BEFORE JUICING.

Because I am about to take an 8 week cycle of deca /sus I am not sure how many mgs a week but the guy who is giving it to me had a 12 week cycle and did 4 of it but he broke his wrist so he stopped takin it so now hes giving it to me, he is a HUGE guy so i am sure the mgs will be around 600 deca and 500 sus. I just wanted to see a pic is all , ill search

I was on a sust/deca cycle for 8 weeks. Run a search---Havesome77----Member pics----before and after pics!!!! I also made a diary with that cycle, run a separate search---Havesome77----member cycle results----sus/deca diary....
