Back Development: Been focusing on lengthening my lats aswell with increasing their width. Lots of PullDowns/Wide Grip Pullups/lat pushdowns. Any information regarding back development and personal critiques of my back would be much appreciated.
im Currently 225lbs 5"11 and around 12% BF. I am relaxed in this photo, then there is a photo of a rear lat spread. Will be bulking to 255lbs then cutting for shows next july/august.
