From this angle it looks like you need to work on the Back. I can't see lats popping out or the "V" shape. Looking good though bro.

This may sound funny, but i think you need to work your thoracic extention and correct your posture, your all rounded to the front. You would look way wider and it would open up your chest if you did that.

Looking good man, nice to see someone who bothers doing Leg and esp calf work. Maybe hammer side and rear delts to get some V shape going on and upper chest to thicken upper body will look good.

^^ Ive had a lot of success starting with 4x set of squats then tri-setting the machines that isolate hamstrings, quads , calve raises/calf. i do we 3 circuits of trisets and ive really seen good size gains. Worth trying it, see if you like.

Tri-setting? I do 4 sets of squats gets me to the point of barely being able to walk but worth it, its leg day tomorrow so ill give it a go
