    Estimate BF Help

Can someone give me an estimation on my BF? 5'9.5" - 144lbs to 163lbs - currently cutting (161.5 now) - all natural, as you can likely tell. LOL.

Thanks, guys. Do you suggest I continue a slow bulk or cut?

im not a diet guru but i think you should post it up in the diet section and re-evaluate it. youre looking bloated around the abdominal area. could be a combo of water retention too of course.

I would say 17% sounds damn right on.

Tough to say if you should bulk or cut. My thought would be a slow clean bulk. You do seem a bit watery around the midsection though. How is your diet? A lot of salt? How much water do you drink daily? Hit the booze a bit? < Just mentioning things that cause water retention, which this is what it looks like to me.

Do you guys think I'd benefit from a 4 week cut, then another 12 week bulk? Or should I just keep on bulking?

I drink tons of water, tons. I do not drink alcohol at all; however, I do eat a lot of stir fry veggies with seasoning, hence a lot of salt.

Cut your sodium a bit, see how it goes.

I personally will not be bulking until I am under 14% Bf. But, I will also be cycling again at that point. Preferably 12% Bf if I can be patient enough.

I'll cut the sodium; thanks for your advice. I think I'll continue my cut till I'm around 12%. I'll check in in a while with some new pics, once I think I'm there. How long does it take an average person to go from 17% to 12%?

No average there, man. . . . It just all depends on you, your workout, your diet and whatever else.

Also the lower the Bf% you get to, the tougher it gets. I can typically drop to like 14-15%Bf pretty darn quick. But never been bellow 12% and I tried pretty hard.

We'll see how it goes this time around. I am around 20% now, down from 27% < That took less then 2 months to do this. But, now the pounds aren't just flying off.

Good job, bro. How steep of a deficit do you use, and how much do you suggest for someone like myself? Also, what is your opinion on ECA? Thanks for answering my questions. I appreciate the willingness of those with experience to help someone like myself.

Do you do any cardio? Alot of water and some good long runs does wonders for the bloat.

The first 25+ pounds flew off fast.

I am running right @ 2k to 2200 cal. Right around the usual 60/20/20 macro breakdown.

Thinking of starting my usual EC stack, it works. Works great, actually. But, the only issue with the EC stack is that it suppresses the appetite and it very easy to gain weight back after you are done with the EC regimen.

No easy answers here man, but if there were everyone would be swoled up and solid as a rock. lol

Bump. Hey, everyone. I've cut down to 149. Wondering if anyone will reevaluate my bf in this new picture against my original post. Thanks! Click image for larger version.

Thank you all. The consensus is that I'm down a little bit, which is good!
