some of me in various stage of ongoing cut

had gone up 23lbs to 101kgs for 110kg class dlift comp, my avi is 3wks ago. held alot of water (despite adex 1mg eod) and belly was coming to get me lol. not trying to give a detailed cut log, just to show folks how fast the water, size and fat comes off. im down just over 13lbs already, still strong as an ox though. chest gone to shit due to labrum tear probs in my shoulder. posing is shit as i aint no bb'er lol.

    today:

no cardio at all, controlled by diet and fasted med to heavy weight training in a bb'ing style. to give idea of strength, im still pushing 40kg dbells in shoulder press for 12 reps

as i said not a massive variety of detailed shots, will get some better and more overall pics next week. started hgh today so it should help things down to 10% bf nicely

not too bad for a 'fat powerlifter' hehehehe.

cheers man, i feel my chest is letting the side down though, i hope to get a bit of something into in again via light high reps in the next few months. did 40kg dbell incline bench for 12 reps last night and feel the stiffness today

yeah, i can go from one extreme to the other fairly fast

Man if there's one thing I've come to learn, careful and thoughtful diet is HARDER work than what's done in the gym, IMHO. Most of us spend approx 10% of our day in the gym...that leaves a lot of time left to make sure you make the most of that small work out window. Again, awesome job!

What's the purpose of the t4? have thyroid issues? If it's for fat loss I would go with t3 instead, take it few times a day and work up to something like 75 mcg, 100 max. but even 50 mcg a day can give you benefits. t4 just made me super hungry and felt like shit, but the dose was too small anyways, i got rid of it before messing with it anymore.

t4 compliments hgh, and makes it much more effective and unlike t3 can be dosed once per day. as far as i know it converts to t3 in the body

Yeah, gotcha, and have read a bit on people trying to combo those. Some people just don't convert to T3 as well, and for all intensive purposes T3 is basically the thyroid hormone your cells use. But I didn't connect the HGH T4 thing when I read your post.

yeah, hgh can interact negatively with thyroid so the t4 is to keep things running smoothly

if you use the standard dose of 100mcg then it should just keep everything in normal ranges, I bumped it to 150mcg for a few weeks and noticed accelerated fatloss and that is only a very small amount in the grand scheme of things

i have ran t3 as high as 125mcg and noticed changes almost daily, even 50mcg has a good effect if you know what your doing (which you do)
