    BF Estimate and General Comments

    Hey everyone,

    Just looking for some bf estimates and comments on anything you guys think I need to improve on. All comments appreciated.

    I am sitting at 6'0" and around 215

    Thank you, I ran a test cyp only cycle two summers ago that was my one and only cycle so far. Thinking about running another one around next year.
