Been on and off in the gym for the last 4 or 5 years (mostly off). I've been really dedicated for the last month and seem to be getting some noticeable gains. What do you guys think? My stats a month ago was 5'8" 140 lbs. Weighed in this morning at 157 lbs. I've never been able to put on weight this fast, but i've never realized until this time around how much diet played a role in gaining muscle. So i've adjusted my diet and it seems to be working for me. Pic number one was a month ago right before I started lifting again. Pic two was taken this morning.
