Better lighting bodyfat estimation please
I took poses in two different areas so there is a lot lol
Second lighting sucks. My wife doesn't understand what I mean by lighting and won't tell me when it's good or bad

I have studied your pics. I hope your less than 15%
Because that will put me over 15%
So let's say your 10%

Man @ 20 your looking good! Great back, your build (upper) is a bit like me in that my arms tend to look a bit big for the chest (but you really didn't give that pic), but I can't really tell...
Anyways, you're kickin ash... My guess is your BF is around 14%, seemed like all I did was tape guys in the Army when I was an instructor. Pics are hard to tell because some people carry weight in odd ways. Had a fellow at 11% that had a gut on him that you'd swear was unnatural??
Keep up the hard work,
Wazz

First of all, you are looking good bro, can tell you have put in a lot of work.
I would guess around 13-14% we are about the same.
P.S. your upper and lower back need work to help put you in a better esthetic balance IMO

You may have to change your name Bro,
Seriously though really great transformation, and even better seems like you have done it all without tossing your life aside in the process. Keep up the good work glad to see you doing so well.
PS on the whole lighting/photo thing try placing some light sources on the floor. Its really hard to catch detail when the majority of light in a house comes from above casting shadow on the abs etc.
